These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and jil9 (hereinafter "jil9," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at jil9.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jil9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

The Platform operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. All players are required to comply with applicable Philippine law while using the Platform.

To register and use the jil9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

jil9 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by jil9 may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending identity confirmation.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jil9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

jil9 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional SMS-based two-factor authentication. However, the security of your credentials remains your personal responsibility.

jil9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Instapay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jil9 account. jil9 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or accounts held in a different name. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

jil9 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days in cases where additional verification is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals requested during active bonus wagering periods may be held pending completion or forfeiture of the bonus.

jil9 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional benefits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all jil9 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and satisfied the minimum deposit requirement for the relevant promotion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jil9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirement completion.

All games available on jil9 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil9 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jil9's systems for personal gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any conduct that contravenes Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access jil9's source code or proprietary systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the jil9 Platform's technical infrastructure.

jil9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be regarded as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

jil9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your jil9 account.
• Loss limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may lose.
• Session time reminders — configure notifications at set intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude your account from the jil9 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected and will be processed within 24 hours of the request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jil9 content.
• Use the jil9 brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.
• Access or use the Platform's content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of jil9's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law and international treaty obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system errors not attributable to jil9's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Loss of data or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Disruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks.

jil9's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jil9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jil9 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jil9 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Your financial transaction data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, you acknowledge that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

jil9 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required by Philippine law, including for anti-money laundering compliance and tax reporting obligations.

jil9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon closure of an account in circumstances not related to breach of these Terms, jil9 will return the verified cash balance to the player via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable deductions. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not returnable.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jil9 Platform, you agree to first raise the matter directly with jil9's customer support team via Live Chat. jil9 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable time, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. jil9 will maintain records of all relevant game data, account transactions, and communication logs for a minimum of two (2) years to support dispute resolution.

In all matters pertaining to the outcome of a game or bet, the result recorded on jil9's server-side logs shall be treated as definitive and authoritative, subject only to clear and demonstrable evidence of a system error attributable to jil9.

jil9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jil9 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date shown at the top of the document. For significant changes, jil9 may also send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the jil9 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact customer support to close your account.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or your use of the jil9 Platform shall be conducted in the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
